Cooking
For this salad you can use any canned beans in its own juice. I used my already cooked red beans.
The essence of this salad is in the dressing. It is made from olive oil (you can take any refined oil), roasted walnuts, herbs, cilantro, garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
First, puree them in a blender with the cilantro, garlic and walnuts, from there you can add salt and pepper. The smell in this case is mind-blowing.
Then add the vegetable oil, see themselves desired consistency, mix thoroughly.
On a serving dish lay out lettuce leaves on them beans.
And pour the filling. The salad is ready! Fast, nutritious, healthy, flavorful and very tasty.
