Cooking
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences.
Blanch in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
Beets grate on a coarse grater.
Shred cabbage in thin stripes.
Leeks finely chopped, add the cauliflower. Mix well.
Walnuts and crush the garlic, mix with vinegar, salt.
Combine, stir and place on a plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
