  • Beets

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences.

Blanch in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Beets grate on a coarse grater.

Shred cabbage in thin stripes.

Leeks finely chopped, add the cauliflower. Mix well.

Walnuts and crush the garlic, mix with vinegar, salt.
