When a long time ago, I needed the recipe for the cake sherbet, but I did it couldn't find (they ran a bunch of stores) - and I came up with this recipe. Sherbet is so delicious and much better shopping. If You are interested - come and I will treat You.

Cooking
Roasted and peeled peanuts folded in a plastic bag and crushed with a rolling pin (but not to a powder)
In a saucepan pour the sugar, add the cocoa, milk and mix well.
Add water and mix well again.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Fire reduce to a minimum and cook our mix for 8 minutes (do not forget all the good time to interfere!!!). Remove the pan from the heat, allow to cool mixture 5 to 10 minutes. Add the nuts and butter, mix well.
We spread the resulting mass in a plastic container and leave to cool at room temperature. Then put into the fridge for 6-8 hours.
