Cooking
Marinate the chicken breast. I marinated the day.
In a mortar grind red, white, green, black pepper and saffron and salt.
Take a piece of beef for roasting and cut "book". I bought the meat already cut it, so I did not change. Put in the cut breast.
Closed and contractible thread or tie the meat into a roll. Coat the loaf with spices. You can grate the pre-oil, but I didn't. Put the roulade in a baking dish.
Heated the oven to 250*. Put the roll in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. During this time the meat has browned crust.
Then reduce the oven temperature to 180*, cover the meat with foil and bake for about an hour until tender. You can open the foil after an hour and a bit to hold the meatloaf in the oven.
