Lentil soup with coconut milk and ginger
Had to cook something for dinner, time was short and busy not hunting, I remembered seeing this recipe, Ingram are all available, quickly prepared, tasty meal, the recipe is great, bring your favorite!)))

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Broth

    750 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In a saucepan with a thick bottom olive oil and lightly fry chopped onion and garlic.

Add grated ginger, fry a bit.

Put rinsed 200g red lentils, pour 750 ml of broth

And cook soup 30 minutes.

Pour 400 ml of milk once and bring to a boil (only boil milk, do not boil). The soup and season with salt and pepper to taste.
