Cooking
RUB the cheese with salt and sugar.
Knead the dough and leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
While the dough rests, make filling. For this you need to separate the meat from the bones.
Then cut it into small cubes.
Next, melt the butter in a pan and slightly saute (not fry) the meat in it. Meat salt and pepper to taste. While the meat is hot, add the chopped green onions.
When cooled, add grated on a coarse grater cheese and mix well. The stuffing is ready!
Roll out the dough and make it smooth sausage, cut into 20 equal parts.
Formed by the hands of the cake, add the filling.
Mold small patties (when frying they will grow).
Fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until tender.
