Tomato wheat-rye bread with black pepper
Today I have for You cooks with an incredibly delicious, fragrant bread on the basis of tomato juice with the addition of black pepper. Bread turns out very high, with a crispy crust and tender, soft, spicy crumb. Come in, remove the sample!

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    400 ml

  • Brine

    50 ml

  • Flour

    480 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

Lay all ingredients in a bread machine bucket according to the instructions: my first yeast, then flour, salt, sugar, oil and liquid. Select the program "Basic bread", the size of the bun XL (it's in my HP about 700 g of flour), the color of the crust as desired and press the "Start"button.
