Chicken rolls
Chicken rolls, of course, no surprise, but I decided to share my way of cooking.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Prunes

    12 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The legs cut the bone, i.e. to remove the fillet and fight off the package.

Season with salt and pepper.

Prunes wash and pour boiling water for 5 minutes.

Carrots to RUB on a large grater, Apple and onion cut into cubes. Fry all together in vegetable oil. Cool.

Finely chop nuts, cheese and eggs grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the prunes. All mix, add zazharku, salt and mayonnaise. Nadinochka ready!

Put the stuffing on fillets, roll, stab a toothpick. Sear on all sides over medium heat until Golden brown.

On toasted rolls spread sliced onion half rings.

Pour the mixture of cream and tomato paste. Add salt to taste, add your favorite seasonings and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

I love cauliflower, so in order not to do double work rolls are laid between the frozen florets cabbage.
