Chickpea is garbanzo beans ... I want to show you some dishes with chickpeas and lentils.. (At the request of Tania and Chelsea) And for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Cooking
Chickpeas should be soaked for 12-14 hours before cooking.. I soaked it overnight in water... add a little baking soda... Then wash out
Fry in vegetable oil (Or put out little to no oil).
Add the rice.. chickpeas... Salt.. pepper.. Garlic cut plastics... Fill with water... add turmeric (for color)... bring to a boil...
Extinguish the fire and on medium heat simmer until tender about 20 minutes (do NOT DISTURB).. Just check when all liquid is absorbed.. turn off.. and leave the lid still for 8 minutes..
