Beef cut into slices 1 cm thick, repel from two sides, cut into strips and marinate in mixture of salt and pepper.
Onions cut into thin strips or rings, mushrooms - diced (frozen pre-thaw).
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until Golden brown. Add the flour and mix. Then pour in the broth and cook for another five minutes. Add the mushrooms sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Preheat saucepan with vegetable oil and quickly fry the beef until browned. Then add the onion and fry until soft. Put the meat and mushrooms in sour cream and simmer on low heat for another hour.
