Roulade with cream and pineapple
Left a bit of cream from the birthday cake (http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/44705/). Not to disappear for good and to have a little celebration for your household, I baked this loaf. Biscuit baked according to the recipe Dr Oetker.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Condensed milk

  • Cream

  • Butter

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Topping pastry

  • Pineapple

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Beat eggs with hot water in a lush foam. Still whisking, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix flour with starch and baking powder. Mix and sift directly into the egg mixture portions. Mix well.

Pour the batter into the lined baking pan. Spread evenly over the entire surface and bake at 200°C for about 8-10 minutes.

The finished biscuit put the paper up on in advance prepared towel sprinkled with sugar. Quickly remove the paper and roll it up. Allow to cool. On the cooled rolls to apply the cream No. 1 and the finely chopped pineapple.

Roll again into a roll.

Garnish with whipped cream (cream No. 2). I had a bag of dried cream. I whipped one (incomplete) glass of cold milk.

Top added coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles.
