Description

Cake chocolate Retro
This cake I baked often in his youth. Simple ingredients, simple cooking. At least then scarce butter. Then life is fun and I haven't made it. So long that don't remember, as it was then called. "Black Prince"? Well, this is not important, the main thing - the cake is simple and delicious! Here try for yourself!

Cooking

step-0
Mix eggs, sugar and yogurt, all beat well.
step-1
Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.
step-2
Mix with a mixer until smooth.
step-3
Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
step-4
The finished cake out onto a wire rack and cool to lukewarm.
step-5
For the cream mix in a small saucepan the milk, sugar, yolks and starch. Stir well with a whisk and put on fire. Stirring constantly, bring to desolation. To boil not to give, stir occasionally to prevent any burning and coagulation. I like this method of cooking cream like more - less dishes dirty and the cream is uniform always.
step-6
In hot cream add butter and stir well. Cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally.
step-7
Cake cut into three parts.
step-8
Apply a liberal amount of the warm cakes with warm cream. Easier to do it in the split ring. The upper layer is not lubricated. Allow to soak for one hour.
step-9
For the glaze, mix the sour cream with sugar and cocoa in a saucepan and put on fire. Stirring, boil until thick. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
step-10
To frost the cake on all sides and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
step-11
Decorate according to his ability.
step-12
And to serve with a Cup of coffee.
