Cooking
Squid clean, wash and boil. I put it in cold water, bring to a boil and over high heat cook 3-4 minutes. Cool.
Cut the squid into strips.
Eggs also cut into "sticks" (well, get).
Put in a salad, corn and pineapple (liquid drained, pineapple cut, if they were rings).
Take a quartered lemon (I have it a little), remove the peel and finely grind them. Remove this piece of white fat lemon peel. The flesh is cut very finely (or grind in a food processor).
