Pickle
I want to remind everyone of delicious soup. Even though the season "green" soup, because you want something from the first course. I'm not a fan of barley, so my soup without it, but it was no less delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Brine

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Carrots

Cooking

Chicken breast cut into small pieces. Pour water to about 2.5 l, add salt and boil for 20 minutes until tender.

Cucumbers and potatoes cut into cubes. Add to broth and simmer potatoes for about 15 minutes (depending on variety).

Cut the onion into cubes, carrots into strips and fry in oil until Golden color.

In the broth add one Cup of the brine and sauté. Simmer for 1 minute. Add the Bay leaf, parsley.
