Cooking
Boil the broth. When boiling remove the foam from the broth and add a little cold water. Then the broth will be transparent. Put a Bay leaf.
Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. A large part of the fry in butter. And the other half throwing in fresh broth (after you remove all the foam from the broth)
Cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes (1 fresh and 2 pickled), bell pepper cut into small cubes.
Open the can with green peas, cut garlic (not very finely).
