Roll of pita №2-with peppers
Very tender and tasty loaf. The recipe is from the magazine "School of Gastronome"

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Pepper is better to take with thick walls. Pepper cut in half, clean. Spread on a baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Prepare the pasta mix mayonnaise, dill. Add a little salt and black pepper (to taste :-))

Peppers take out from the oven. Allow to cool. Peel off skins. The flesh is cut into strips. Lavash smear a paste, spread on top of the pepper.

You can eat immediately or allow to soak in refrigerator.
