Quick pickled eggplants
This recipe is good when really needed something special. So was preparing my grandmother. Turn the eggplants with a spicy taste and amazing aroma. And most importantly - no need to wait a few days until ready! :))

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Eggplants wash and cut into small cubes.

Add salt and leave for 10-15 mins Then rinse under running water.

In a saucepan pour the water, vinegar, olive oil. Add salt, sugar, pepper, Bay leaves, chopped dill and pressed garlic.

In the marinade put the eggplants, put on fire, bring to boil and cook on low heat under closed lid for 10 min.

Ready eggplants to cool in the marinade.
