With the coming of the sun I want again to invite guests and to meet them on the terrace. To surprise and delight them with something new and delicious. Cooking
Yolks with cream, thyme, salt and pepper mix.
Pour it into moulds, put the tomatoes and put in the oven at 100°C for 35 minutes.
