You ask how can this be? Can! Since my fat is pickled in sea salt! The secret to a tasty fat – a variety of condiments! The recipe without the marinade, which really saves time!

Ingredients

  • Fat

    2.5 kg

  • Garlic

    20 tooth

  • Salt

    10 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Bacon cut into small pieces.

Mix the spices and salt, squeeze the garlic and add 3 tbsp oil, mix well.

Each slice grate mix.

Put in refrigerator for 3 days, on the 4th ready! Then I clean the freezer, take out as needed and cut the frozen bacon into slices.
