My dear Powerade, I guess no surprise my penchant for cakes. So today I want you to indulge another quick, very simple, but very tasty and unusual cake! Cake from the category of "for the lazy" - minimum of fuss - and our cake is ready! The cake is delicious - soft, tender, with a strong poppy seed flavor and a hint of coconut. We loved it - try it! Cooking
[b]the Dough:[/b] Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Pour melted and slightly cooled butter. Add sour cream and all mix well.
Pour the poppy seeds, coconut and zest the lemon. Pour the flour with the baking powder.
All mix well until smooth.
The resulting mass pour into covered with paper and greased form (form 26 cm).
And send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes (up to dry toothpicks).
[b]Frosting:[/b] to prepare the Icing while the cake still baked. Cream butter bring to a boil. Add broken pieces of chocolate. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Add the cognac and stir again. Not allowing the cake to cool, and without removing it from the mould, pour the cake icing and allow to solidify.
