Snack
This is my favorite salad that I always order in a cafe when my husband and I dine there. The name is not changed, and as for the recipe, you did that on your own, using the ingredients that are in the original recipe. Forgive me chef of this establishment if I did not, but was very - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Broccoli

    250 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Beans boil in salted water, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and decanting the water.

Broccoli divide into florets, boil in salted water and well as the beans, rinse with cold water and decanting the liquid.

Garlic cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil for a few minutes.

Add chopped slices mushrooms, fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add cut into large pieces peppers, fry for a few minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and boiled green beans.

In the end add boiled broccoli and canned beans, pre-drain the liquid. Salt and pepper to taste, add the coriander (ground), dried herbs, chili pepper and pour over the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything and let it sit for a few minutes.

The food is ready. Can be served hot. But I like if the salad infuse for a couple of hours. In cold, the present impregnated by the juices of the vegetables and aromas of spices, it is especially good! Bon appetit!
