Swiss salad
Hearty and spicy salad of simple products, which are popular with men and not only. Perfect for dinner, picnic, hearty snack. Especially good this salad with a cold beer and a chunk of crispy, freshly baked village bread.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Gherkins

    200 g

  • Radishes

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Marinade

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Bow clean, cut into feathers. Put in a small saucepan, pour the water, vinegar, and set on fire. Add 2 tsp sugar,1 tsp salt, allow to simmer for a minute and remove from heat. Leave to cool in the marinade.

Meanwhile, chop the cheese and sausage large strips.

Also, chop the gherkins (or pickles).

Radish wash, cut into thin slices. Drain off the marinade with the cooled onions.

In bowl mix sausage, cheese, radishes and gherkins with pickled onions. Pour the marinade from under pickled cucumbers, pepper, check for salt and, if necessary, sugar. Allow to stand for 30 minutes and serve, sprinkled with zelenushka.
