Somehow in one of cafe of our city, we saw the menu of unfamiliar foods: "durty& quot; - wrapped in pita bread and toasted cheese. Ordered and fell in love: outrageously delicious! As it turned out, due to the complexity of the font we read this title wrong, and in fact it was a "durmay& quot; - a classic Azerbaijani dish. But in our family the word "durty& quot; stuck, and the dish has undergone significant changes, has become even tastier and much better fed!

Cooking
First, prepare all the ingredients: cut the chicken into cubes (I take the smoked brisket, but you can just boiled), grate cheese (any) and cut thin pita bread crosswise into two halves. Carrots I usually take a ready-made "Korean", but you can make it yourself.
To prepare the first portion of the expandable half a pita bread, in the center laid a layer of grated cheese and a layer of chicken meat.
After - layer of carrots in Korean and again a layer of cheese.
And fry on both sides in the pan. When my husband prepares "durty" yourself, just heats it in the microwave, but fried tastes better.
Ready! To eat better hot, but you can take on nature as a hearty snack!
