Hachis Parmentier. My first recipe I decided to choose a favorite dish of my husband. Simple and delicious. French casserole with potatoes and meat perfectly diversify your daily menu.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

Potatoes with a pinch of salt boil until tender.
