Cooking
Finely shred the cabbage, slice the onions, grind the carrots and salt. Stir and as should all shake hands.
Cut the ham into strips and add to salad bowl. Pepper and add your favorite spices or those that will be on hand (in my case it is: red pepper, ground nutmeg, ginger, and paprika). All mix well. Put in microwave for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from microwave, let cool slightly and put under pressure for 2-3 hours.
Removing the yoke and mix well. The salad did not require a single drop of oil for the filling due to the fat contained in the ham and cabbage juice (but if the salad seems dry, can add a few drops of vegetable oil).
That's all! Serve chilled.
