Soup with millet and vegetables
In the fall I try to cook more vegetables. And sometimes for satiety and variety to cereals. The result – a delicious soup every day.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    0.25 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    150 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • Celery leaf

    2 sprig

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    4 piece

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Millet Golden TM "Mistral" rinse and pour boiling water for 5 minutes, drain in a sieve.

Vegetables washed and cleaned.

Chop the onions and greens leeks julienne, carrots and peppers with cubes. Slowly, over medium heat, fry the vegetables in butter until soft, not allowing them to reddening. Bessmertnye add tomatoes and simmer until thick sauteed.

Broth bring to boil and put in it the cubes of celeriac, let it boil a few minutes and add small florets cabbage. Add wheat flour and cook on the fire below average 7 minutes.

Omit the onion, add the sliced sausages. Bring to boil. Season with salt to taste, add herbs and spices. Turn off and allow to stand, covered 15 minutes.

Serve with multi-grain bread, again generously sprinkled with herbs.
