Cream soup with spinach and rice
I love soups-mashed cauliflower which gives the soup a creamy texture, but the spinach and peas nicely painted in green color.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Green peas

    70 g

  • Spinach

    70 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil the rice just a convenient way for you. I did it in a double boiler. Boil an egg

Cabbage and peas add water (amount of water depends on desired thickness of soup). Bring to a boil and cook until tender over medium heat (4-5 minutes)

Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Process everything in a blender. In the plates, put the rice.

And pour the cream soup.

For apostasise to put a boiled egg.
