Tomato soup with corn
Another quick recipe. Nothing special, but tasty. Spicy, fragrant soup is very popular with the boys of all ages.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 sprig

  • Garlic

    3 sprig

  • Basil

    2 sprig

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes mashed

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Meat

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Wash the vegetables, peel and shred finely. Dice the fat from the ham. Thinly sliced smoked meat. Celery greens and Basil chopped.

To open a can of corn and drain the liquid.

Heat the oil, add the fat and gently melt it. Add the onion and pepper, fry, remove celery and garlic arrows to warm them up. Add tomato paste, a spoon of sugar and heat for a few minutes. Pour half a liter of boiling water, put the corn. Bring to a boil. Add the passata, season with salt and allow to simmer on minimum heat for a few minutes and remove the soup from heat.

Pour into bowls, sprinkle with chopped herbs and add smoked meat, and –if desired-the chili pepper.
