Cooking
Dried apricots wash, mince.
But do not do it!!! I shoved in a meat grinder cheese... I then picked out! Must be seen! Dilute with a little milk and RUB through a sieve (actually necessary), or simply mash with a fork.
Add to the cream cheese (we already have it with dried apricots...) steamed raisins and vanilla crackers. Crackers did itself, just rubbed on a grater vanilla ready crackers. Diluted with a little milk (half a Cup) and mix. If desired, sprinkle with vanilla sugar. But since crackers and so I have vanilla, I did not.
Cut off the crusts from loaf. I have a square shape at the bottom just fall 8 pieces. We cut our loaf into 24 slices.
Eggs, beat with 3 tablespoons sugar and milk.
Form lubricated (with half a spoon of oil somewhere)
Next do 1 layer - wetted quite the slices of bread in egg-milk mixture...
Cottage cheese, divide in half. Half distributed over hlebushkom.
Repeat layer of bread, cheese, bread again. If you have a mixture - pour on top. Grease with softened butter.
Put in the oven. 180 degrees. 20 minutes take out, sprinkle with sugar (a little, 1 tablespoon for all). Bake further.
40-45 minutes of baking (see the top of casseroles so it doesn't burn!) take out, allow to cool almost completely. Turn on the Board (everyone knows how it's done, right?), then back to the dish of a suitable size. Nothing fell off, not crumbled, not slipped. The main thing - do not turn over it quite warm.
