Chicken with tomatoes and mushrooms on bread-and-cheese crust. Very homely recipe of chicken meat. Chicken Breasts baked in red wine under a layer of vegetables, and on top of all this beauty covers spicy crisp bread, cheese and greens.

Cut Breasts in half and in half again, you get 16 pieces. RUB them with a mixture of salt and your favorite spices, coat a baking sheet with high sides with vegetable oil, put the chicken pieces and send a baking sheet in a hot oven for braising chicken in its own juice for 20 minutes.
