Choucroute
Surprisingly, it was found that in the recipes of the Swiss (and including) the kitchen to "Cook" is not one of the main chucrute! You have no idea what number this simple meal eaten by soldiers of the Swiss army. But in civilian circles, it is no less loved.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil new potatoes in their skins. Cook until cooked.

Sauerkraut put in a fireproof bowl. Mix with white wine, olive oil and sugar. If cabbage casilas with sugar, it does not necessarily add.

On top of the cabbage and put a slice of ham, sausage and boiled potatoes.

All sent in a preheated 200 degree oven and keep there for 20 minutes.
