A delicious dinner for half an hour... of chicken liver... fast, easy, tasty...

Ingredients

  • Roots

  • Bay leaf

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken liver

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The liver flush.

Remove the membranes and cut into 4 parts. Salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add the Bay leaf. Leave for a while.

Put the liver in a hot pan, fry on high heat stirring constantly.

Chop the onion half rings, carrots to RUB on a grater.

When the liver becomes light add the onion and carrots.

Add a mixture of roots.

Then add mayonnaise or cream.

And stew under a lid on low heat. Very tender, tasty and just... and QUICKLY!!!
