Description
Very tasty and caviar of baked vegetables, mostly pumpkin, with a spicy aroma of soy sauce and a slight hint of peanut! My version of the caviar - spicy, I love spicy, but you can cook without pod chili adding peppers to your liking!

Cooking
I have here such a small pumpkin, weighing 900 g;
Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and place on a greased baking sheet;
Add also the grated carrot;
Add also sliced onion, tomato and Chile (instead of chili pod, if you don't like spicy, you can add pounded allspice, or a little poperchit the pepper that is usually added during cooking);
Sprinkle the vegetables with paprika, garlic and crushed peanuts, drizzle with oil;
Mix well and flatten in a thin layer on a baking sheet;
Cook at 160 degrees for 30 minutes (until the vegetables are soft); Remove the baking pan, add vegetables and soy sauce and stir;
Put the eggs in the jars and chill in the refrigerator For preservation in winter it is recommended jars, covered with a lid to sterilize, along with the eggs, then roll;
Serve as a snack! Very tasty and flavorful!
