Something I wanted to cook something unusual and I have fantasized this salad. The taste is extremely interesting, but the sauce is just super turned out!

Chicken egg

Mayonnaise
400 g

Mustard
1 tsp

Olive oil
1 Tbsp

Cocoa powder
1 Tbsp

Lemon juice
2 Tbsp

Butter

Cooking
Canned ham spread out on a platter.
Sprinkle chopped onion, put on top fried in butter and diced white bread.
Prepare sauce: in a mixer, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, cocoa powder, olive or sunflower oil, lemon juice.
This sauce coat the fried bread.
Top grate peeled apples on a coarse grater.
Apples spread smoked sausage cheese, cut into cubes.
Boiled eggs finely chop(you have to leave for decoration 3 halves of the protein and 1/2 the yolk)and sprinkle cheese on top.
Thickly coat with sauce and decorate. Try and enjoy! Bon appetit!
