Potato soup with pritima
Spring, early spring... very cold... the sun rarely happy and mostly in combination with sub-zero temperatures... we urgently need to warm up!!! Fragrant, spicy potato soup with Turkey and pritima at the time!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1.3 kg

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Saffron

    1 pinch

  • Pepper pink

    1 pinch

  • Melted butter

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

Cooking

In a cast iron pan melt the butter, put slices of Turkey, roast them on all sides.

Very small cubes cut peeled celery root, a little bigger carrots and onions.

Move the fried slices of Turkey, spread the celery, carrots and onions and fry.

Add ground spices. Stir contents of the pan, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add water, boiling water.

Clean and chop the potatoes. Sometimes I like to coarsely chop the potatoes.

Add the soy sauce. I use the sauce TM Kikkoman.

Cook for another 10 minutes, and downloadable ptitim. Ptitim is a small round pasta. In a pinch you can substitute macaroni in the form of rice or noodles. Noodles cooking time is much less and throw it in the soup you need for 5 minutes before it is ready!!!

Cook for another 20 minutes. Check the on the readiness and salt. If desired, salt may be added. I added a little soy sauce directly into the bowl. Children of salt was enough.

Separate meat, remove from bones. Lay on plates and pour the soup. I served with sliced leek, green part. Bon appetit!!!
