Pepper green Italian (with another kind of pepper is a completely different taste).
Cut the pepper into strips and onion half-rings.
Potatoes cut into half rings.
Fry all the vegetables together over high heat. NOTE: do not add salt and often get in the way, so that the potato does not fall apart!
When the potatoes are a bit browned, lower the heat and close the lid.
After 5-7 minutes add salt and pepper to taste, mix gently and leave under the lid for another 5 minutes until tender.
