Cooking
Cheese, yogurt and chopped garlic should be mixed into a homogeneous creamy sauce, and then season with salt and pepper to taste (I salt not added:) )
On the plate put a layer of rice, layer of cooked protein (grated on a coarse grater) and layer chicken (I just broke up with your hands into small pieces). Then it's all covered half of the resulting sauce.
For the sauce put grated on a coarse teracce carrot, chopped pepper, and the yolk, apply the remaining sauce and evenly distribute over entire surface of salad.
Spread on top of corn, on the sides of slices of cucumber and tomato slices in petal-like, a little parsley and.. Pleasant your appetite!! :)
