Cucumber salad Greek
This is a recipe taken from the magazine, and became our favorite! And I hope you enjoy! Salad with a dressing of yogurt is light, delicious and perfect for meat, potatoes, and to any dish!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Long salad cucumber (200 g) well washed, cut lengthwise and then into slices.

Lightly salt and let stand for 10 minutes.

At this time, clear the shell from the eggs and finely chop them. Peel the garlic and grind to a fine grater or press through. Parsley and dill wash, dry cloth and finely chop.

Yogurt mix with the oil, then add the eggs, garlic and herbs. Vinegar take optional, cider or wine, and the amount - to taste. I added 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
