Cold cucumber soup
Diversify the traditional menu of summer dinners: to the usual hash add the recipe for cold cucumber soup! This elegant dish is prepared in minutes from the most simple ingredients, but passes the whole refreshing taste of summer.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cucumber peel (if seeds are large, remove them too), cut into cubes. Crush the garlic.

To defer some sliced cucumbers, and the rest put in a blender along with garlic, sour cream, lemon juice and salt.

And mix in a blender until smooth.

Put the soup deferred cucumber slices, stir, put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Much heat in a skillet olive oil, add curry and red pepper, immediately remove from heat. Pour into soup bowls, pour this oil and immediately serve.
