Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Softened butter will beat into a soft mousse with sugar. Enter the egg, still whisking. Add flour with baking powder and make dough.

Each type of chocolate, melt separately in microwave or on water bath. Then the chocolate needs to cool to room temperature.

Divide the dough into three parts and connect with chocolate mass.

Options moulding can be several. You can generate from each type of dough on the sausage and join them together, and you can roll thin flagella and, alternating in a checkerboard pattern, to form sausages.
