Cooking
all that will come in handy
mix the butter, yolks, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cognac
gradually add the baking powder and flour, knead smooth ..a slightly crumbly dough, wrap in cling film and hidden in the fridge for an hour
divide the dough into 2-3 parts, roll out on floured surface thickness of 4-5mm, cut into rectangles(squares)
apples peel from Kojori, cut out the middle with seeds, put into jam
wrap apples with dough in the form put the baking paper, lubricated with oil on a small range otdruga put our secrets
sent in a preheated 200C oven for 40 minutes bake until Golden brown you can eat hot and cold
sprinkle with powdered sugar
PLEASANT TO YOU OF APPETITE! PS sooo love baked apples.. in the test they are insanely delicious.. the best, in my opinion, the method of roasting apples.. completely evenly baked.. and juice will not flows, and permeates the dough
