First spring greens in the beds is not the dill with parsley. Is sorrel! Not a greenhouse, and grown from the first spring sun, carrying us the first natural vitamins. Oh, how pleasing to the eye fresh herbs! With the arrival of spring soup with sorrel appears regularly on our table... or as it was called by my grandmother, GREEN SOUP

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.17 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cooking

My ribs, cut into serving pieces and put on to cook for an hour. Don't forget to remove the foam.
