Lavash rolls with egg-and-meat stuffing
Small portions, lavash rolls, stuffing which consists of 3 components: chicken, boiled egg, cheese.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 pack

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Green onions

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

Cooking

Prepare the filling: chicken fillet cut into small pieces, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Mix the meat, carrots, water, salt, seasoning and simmer on a slow fire until tender. Mix with finely chopped green onions. (I apologize for the photo).

Pita bread cut into rectangles. Spread the meat.

Boiled egg and grate the cheese on a small grater. The egg lay on the edge of the rectangle to in the future make egg rolls, the middle. The rest of the cheese cover.

Collapsible roll and put in a baking dish.

Prepare the filling: mix raw egg with milk. Fill our rolls and sprinkle with cheese.

Put in oven covered. Then to the end of the cooking, open to form a Golden crust. Drew honey tomato paste :-) the mood was in the preparation and the kiddies like it :-)
