Even the pickiest of guests will be satisfied, if You will be served a sophisticated appetizer of chicken and juicy meat with pistachio nuts and beans.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    4 piece

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Pistachios

    20 g

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Spices

From chicken legs, remove the bones.

Put legs in a plastic bag and beat off.

Blanch the beans for 2-3 minutes. Strain the water.

Mix in a bowl the mince, pistachios, garlic.

Divide mixture into four parts and place on the middle of the flattened pieces of chicken, spread on top of bean sprouts.

Roll the pieces in the rolls (the stuffing and the pods should not be visible).

Wrap foil on each roll, put on greased baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Check availability: with a toothpick, pierce the thickest part - should run clear juice.

Slice the chilled rolls into slices.
