Pickled.... eggs
Saw this recipe in the magazine "Gastronom" in 2007. Well by this I can not go, very much I love stuff. Did half the products, you know I REALLY liked it. Serve these eggs as an appetizer to vodka(although the magazine is written for beer, but I don't see the eggs with the beer) or just to stuff something sharp and apply again to vodka.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Water

    1 l

Onions and beets cut into small pieces (the special significance of the cuts has not). Pour into a saucepan 1 liter of water, put the onions, beets and all other ingredients. Bring to boil and boil on low heat for 15 minutes. Before casting, I advise you to try the marinade and add what you are missing. I added a little more sugar.

Boiled eggs put in a jar (I had it a little sterilized) and pour the marinade (I poured hot direct). Allow to cool and place in a cool place (I put it in the fridge). After 1-2 days the food is ready. Store in the refrigerator.
