Peppers - red, yellow and green - cut into thin strips
Make a sauce. Beat in a mixer all the ingredients for the sauce except mustard seeds. Add salt and sugar to taste. In the end add mustard seed, stir. Give the sauce to stand for a few minutes
Grind ice in a blender and spread on the bottom of the glass
Then, for the ice lay the leaves of lettuce. The ice must be sealed completely. On the salad spread layers of peppers - green, yellow and red. Each layer of grease with the sauce. Spinach leaves folded in on each other, tightly roll into a tube and cut into thin "noodles." Decorate the top with snacks spinach and peas.
