Tasty, tender pashtetik with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Fat

  • Chicken liver

    0.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Liver sauté with bacon, onions and carrots until tender

Cool, grind in a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, add 3 of the eggs and carefully stir (it will be tender pate)
