Salad with pesto
The salad is just gorgeous! Different types of salad with pesto sauce, Parmesan cheese, bacon - bliss! Every time disappear from the holiday table first! The recipe was taken from one of the books Sandri Lisandro.

Ingredients

  • Basil

    90 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    0.66 cup

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    20 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    400 g

In the bowl of a blender put the washed and dried Basil, pine nuts, 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, garlic and 1/3 olive oil. Thoroughly whisk the sauce.

The iceberg lettuce torn with the hands into large chunks and add the cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

Mushrooms cut into slices, pour lemon juice. Carefully stir.

Add the mushrooms to the salad.

Now add a mixture of different types of lettuce.

Add Parmesan cheese, grated thin slices. Put the sauce in the salad, after mixing it with the remaining 1/3 Cup. oil.

Hands gently mix the salad.

Bacon cut into small pieces and fry.

Spread on paper towel to stack excess fat.

Sprinkle the salad with bacon bits and serve!
