It's me again about the morning egg dishes! They say that the site already had the recipes basis for my sandwiches and they were called "Breakfast is a bachelor". In German the name of this recipe sounds "Ei guckt durch Loch", which in Russian language to translate I was too shy...

In toast or other bread cut round holes. Well to cut a glass with thin edges. Bread spread with two sides with butter. The bread is slightly dry on both sides in heated pan.
Into the holes in the bread to pour in the eggs. The fire abated, cover.
In a few minutes the slices of bread to turn over with a spatula. Again just hold it under the lid!
Put it on plates and decorate according to your desire any matching products: cheese, tomatoes, salami, shrimp, bacon... herring...
