Smoothie,
It all started with the fact that I made myself oatmeal face mask... and she smelled so nice... I really wanted to do something but not the mess... Super-delicious, super-nutritious and super-helpful fitness and smoothies!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Red currants

    200 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Kefir pour into a blender...

... add berries, I have currants, you can use any on your taste.

Now honey... and start whipping until smooth.

And in the end, add oatmeal, beat again and everything!
